Fitness trends for 2014 still actual?

Every year there is a list with the new fitness trends for the coming year. The most popular list is coming from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). The research is coming out of 3800 fitness professionals worldwide. 


The top 10 of Fitness trends for 2014 from (ACSM):
1. High-Intensity interval training (HIIT)
2. Bodyweight training
3. Certified and experienced trainers
4. Muscle Training
5. Movement and weight loss
6. Personal training
7. Fitness for  65+
8. Functional fitness
9. Small group personal training

But 6 months later is this still the trend? Or is there a difference when we talk about Europe?

At least the HIIT trend is still #1. I am really surprised that outdoor training is getting stronger day by day. I had never thought it would become this big (2 years ago)
